Figures shown are our service fees at starting rates, not the full bond amount, which stays with the court until the case closes. We confirm exact numbers against the booking record before anything is signed.
Two ways, your choice. Post it: pay our 7% fee up front on the posted amount — a $10,000 bond is $700, done. Plan it: start at just 3.5% down ($350 on that same $10,000 bond) and spread the rest over installments. Either way the fee is the fee: no service charge on top, no "booking" fee, nothing you're told after you've already paid.
The bond itself: a promise to the court that your person will show up for every date, backed by our company. It's the same amount any bondsman in your state quotes — 7% is the standard. What varies is how fast they post it, how clearly they explain the paperwork, and whether they're still answering messages at 3 a.m. That's where we win.
Here's the part almost everyone misses: the bond amount itself belongs to the court and comes back in full when the case closes or the charges are dropped. Your 7% fee — or the installments you've paid — isn't refunded, because it's what we were paid to post the bond and take the risk. If the case is dismissed, the plan stops and you never keep paying on a case that's gone.
Most releases complete within 1–4 hours of the bond being posted. The money moves in minutes; the clock is set by the facility's paperwork — booking photos, property intake, signing. That's why we post on-site whenever we can: it shaves the transfer time right off.
Sometimes, not always. For lower posted amounts or strong credit we often need nothing. For the larger or riskier bonds we may ask for collateral — real estate, a vehicle, or other assets — held in trust and returned in full when the case closes. We'll tell you up front if it's needed, how much, and exactly when it comes back.
A co-signer is a responsible adult, usually family, who backs the bond alongside you. They agree to help track your person's court dates and, if your person skips, to make the bond whole. We'll only use one if the case calls for it, and we walk the co-signer through exactly what they're agreeing to — in writing — before they sign.
Tell us before they do — that's the whole point of the line being open. Most facilities allow a reschedule for documented reasons and the bond stays in place. If a date is genuinely missed, the court can revoke the bond; we'll explain the options then (reinstate, surrender for a lesser outcome, or work the new order). Skipped dates are the one thing that can cost real money, which is why we chase every court date with you.
Every bond comes with conditions the court set: show up to every date, sometimes no-contact orders, travel restrictions or check-ins. We'll hand you the conditions in writing at release and translate the fine print into plain English, because one violated condition is how a case quietly restarts.
Yes. We post immigration bonds in coordination with federal authorities, and we'll walk your family through the specific steps that apply to their situation. When a "no-bond" order is entered, that's the first thing we work to get reviewed.
Full legal name, date of birth, the facility or county where the booking happened, and the posted amount if you know it. Missing any of it? Fine — we'll confirm it free on the first call and start the warrant check in the meantime. The fewer unknowns, the faster the release.
Completely. The first conversation costs nothing, and the same goes for the free warrant check. You only pay when you've seen the numbers, compared the two options, and chosen to move forward.
The bond stays with the case, not the location. If a transfer happens, we follow it — no new paperwork, no new fee, no restart.
The numbers below are what our starting rates actually work out to. We confirm the real figure against the booking record.
