The Four Steps

From First Contact To The Front Gate

You make one message. We handle the confirmation, the plan, and the posting — most releases finish inside a few hours.

1
You Reach Out

Send us a message with what happened. A licensed agent on duty takes it from there — no forms left sitting.

2
We Confirm The Details

We pull the booking record, check the charge and the posted amount, and tell you exactly what it will cost.

3
You Pick The Plan

Post at our 7% starting rate, or start with a 3.5% down payment plan and spread the rest over time.

4
We Post The Bond

The paperwork is signed, the bond is posted, and most releases complete within hours — day or night.

What The Paperwork Means

Before You Sign, Know These Three Things

The Surety Bond Itself

The bond is a contract between the court, us, and your person: we guarantee they'll show up for every court date, in exchange for our 7% fee. The full amount belongs to the court until the case closes — it's returned in full then. Our fee is what we were paid; it's set at signing, no surprises.

The Co-Signer

On the riskier cases we add a responsible adult who backs the bond alongside you. We only use one when the case calls for it, and we walk the co-signer through exactly what they're agreeing to — in writing — before they sign.

Conditions After Release

Releasing isn't the end of the case. The court's conditions — show-ups, no-contact orders, check-ins — stay in force until the case closes. We hand you every condition in writing at release and track each court date with you.

Before The First Call

What You'll Actually Need

The Charge & Amount

The official charge from the booking record and the posted bond amount set. That number is what we work from — if you don't have it, we'll confirm it free.

Identification Details

Full legal name, date of birth, and where the booking happened — that's all we need to start the confirmation.

A Payment Method

Card or bank transfer for the down payment. Everything else can be arranged while the paperwork moves.
